In September 2007 The National Consumer Council confirmed in its nationwide survey that dying without a Will (known as intestacy) "causes unnecessary stress and expense for millions of families in the UK."

The Directors of totallyFREEwills recognised that this major social problem could be tackled by offering a solicitor-endorsed, FREE Will service.

Let us introduce you to some of our team. totallyFREEwills is the brainchild of joint Managing Directors Stephen Cainer and Richard Harris.

	Stephen Cainer Stephen is an independent financial adviser and has over 21 years experience in the financial services sector. He specialises in the Charity and employee benefits fields. He is also an Executive Member of a Manchester based Community & Sports Charity.
	Richard Harris Richard has over 20 years of actuarial and financial services experience. He has been an Independent Financial Adviser for the last 11 years and specialises in the pre/post retirement areas of financial advice, trust and inheritance tax planning.
	Jonathan Parris Jonathan brings experience from both commercial and voluntary sectors. His commercial roles included buying and supply chain management within the retail sector. He has successfully led trading and fundraising functions in the voluntary sector, in both executive and trustee capacities. Prior to helping totallyFREEwills prepare for launch, Jonathan led the growth of the Remember a Charity coalition. We are pleased to benefit from his continued involvement.
