What do I need before I start?

To begin creating your Will, you will need the names and addresses (please enter these in CAPITAL LETTERS) of everyone you want to remember in your Will.  If you have children below age 18, you may wish to consider appointing Guardians to assume parental responsibility.

At the start of the Will application process, we verify your email address. At the end of the process our solicitors may contact you and checks may be carried out to verify your identity and the suitability of the Will for your circumstances. If at any time false or inaccurate information has been provided and abuse of the system, passing-off or identity fraud is suspected or identified, details will be passed to the relevant authorities to investigate further. This is to protect all our clients.
