Making your Will is really quite simple

How you create your Will is explained on this site. This is not difficult and can take less than half an hour at any time, day or night. Do not worry, you will be guided through the process. We send your Will to a Solicitor

Once you are completely satisfied, your Will is created for you and submitted to a panel solicitor.

Your Will is signed and witnessed

Your solicitor will write to you enclosing your checked Will, explaining where your Will should be signed and how it is witnessed.

You will not be charged any money by your solicitor for this service.

Your Will is securely stored and you are sent a copy

Your Will is an extremely important document so we make sure that it is stored in a safe and secure place for you and can be easily and quickly retrieved by your Executors in the event of your death.

Many organisations charge for this service, but at totallyFREEwills we ask your solicitor to provide this service for FREE. Your master Will is then held securely in a safe place and you receive a copy of your Will for your own reference.
